We use a sourdough crust made with 200-year-old starter, organic Caputo four, sea salt, water, and extra virgin olive oil. Pizzas are charred in a 900 degree anthracite burning oven. For 12” and up signature pizzas, we can do half and half. Exceptions: Flag and Margarita. Our pizzas are best when eaten fresh and will arrive at your table as they are ready.
